Hi, I’m De Anne Vaughan, and I believe real estate should feel a little more like home.

With over 30 years of experience in customer service and a deep passion for helping others, I bring a people-first, education-driven approach to every client relationship—whether I’m assisting a first-time buyer, a downsizing retiree, or a family navigating senior living options. I’m a proud member of Team Driftmark at eXp Realty, serving Pasco County and Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast.

As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Certified Senior Placement Advisor (CSPA), I specialize in helping older adults and their families through one of life’s most important transitions—whether that means aging in place, finding the right 55+ community, or choosing an assisted living or memory care facility. I offer free placement assistance, real estate expertise, and compassionate guidance every step of the way.

I’m also a proud military mom, daughter, granddaughter, and daughter-in-law—my family’s legacy of service includes the Navy, Army, and Air Force, as well as a late husband who served as a devoted police officer. Service, protection, and honor aren’t just ideals in my family—they’re a way of life. Originally from Virginia, I made Florida my forever home in 2011, and I currently live in the heart of Pasco County. I’m a widow, mom of four, and grandma to ten beautiful (and delightfully wild!) grandkids—so I understand what it means to walk through big life changes.
